e somente fica visível para a Enel após o prazo definido

Usada para a negociação da competitividade econômica
A Enel, como compradora, estabelece o preço inicial do leilão e os
participantes podem realizar ofertas mais baixas de forma

As ofertas enviadas são imediatamente visíveis para o Comprador
Somente a oferta principal fica sempre visível para os
participantes, porém, não é permitido saber quem a enviou

Quando o sistema Ariba recebe uma oferta dentro do “período
extra”, o prazo do leilão é automaticamente estendido, a contar do
momento em que a oferta foi aceita pelo sistema.
As regras de prazo definidas para uma licitação são sempre
exibidas na seção Detalhes do evento.

Multienvelope - Ofertas técnica e econômica lacradas
• Usado simultaneamente para enviar as ofertas técnica e econômica
• Trata-se de um envelope fechado e tem uma duração fixa (com data e hora
de fechamento predefinidas)
• O conteúdo da oferta nunca fica visível para os demais concorrentes e a
oferta técnica somente fica visível para a Enel após o prazo definido
• A Enel dará prosseguimento abrindo a oferta técnica e, somente para
aquelas consideradas válidas, abrirá também o envelope da oferta
Econômica.
• A oferta pode ser modificada várias vezes antes do prazo. Somente a
última oferta enviada será considerada válida e visível pelo sistema
• Ele permite ao fornecedor fazer o upload de anexos à oferta
O último tipo de fase é o
