EASY SITE PREPERATION Minimal site preparation is required as Cabins can be delivered and unloaded directly onto prepared concrete pads which can be elevated or levelled as needed.

VERSATILE Park Cabins, Commercial or domestic use. With our flexible building options we can customise to suit your needs and budget. Either finishing to lockup stage with all the structural work done or fully completed.

PARK CABINS We offer Park owners and their annuals a cost effective way of upgrading from the old Van and annex to a smart looking, fully compliant Cabin that will enhance its surrounds. At a time when Park owners are competing in a changing accommodation market, these smart looking Cabins offer exceptional value and potential returns on investment.

GRANNY FLAT’S AND DWELLINGS Our cabins can be used for these purposes, however our point of difference is that we do not prepare site documents or perform site works. We work with you and other professionals to produce a compliant product delivered to site.

CARAVAN PARK CABINS or UMD’s (unregistered movable dwellings). These Cabins are built specifically for Park situations and cannot be used as Domestic homes or Granny flats.

READYBUILT PORTABLES build these cabins fully completed with a list of standard inclusions POA. For example:-

• All our finished cabins include Square set plastered walls and ceilings throughout. • Electrical fittings are generous with double power points, LED down lights, TV point and smoke alarm, safety switches. • All plumbing fixtures are installed, including Instantaneous gas hot water and end wall mounted split systems where possible. • Kitchen cabinets with low maintenance acrylic splashbacks, Built in Robes with hanging & shelves where indicated and NO MDF. • Floor coverings are Vinyl planks and a Nylon wool blended carpet over a generous 10mm spring tread underlay. • We include internal block out blinds on windows and sliding doors, towel rails, door stoppers, draw insert, bin slide etc etc. • Delivery is excluded from our listed pricing; however we can provide an estimate, subject to confirmation by the carrier. • Cabins also come with lifting points for craning off on site where required. • For a price on our completed units and a detailed list of our standard inclusions - please call.
