Warranty

Moses Hydrofoil warrants this product to be free from major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a 2 year period. The warranty is valid only when this product is used for normal recreational activities and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, damage caused by use in shallow water, waves or rocks.This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment.All warranty claims have to be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Assumption of risk

With the assembly and the use of this product you hereby agree to the following: The user is aware that the use of this product involves certain inherent risks which can result in serious personal injury or death; The user agrees to assume and accept any and all risks of injury, known and unknown, while using this product; The user accepts to use the product following safety and cruising laws; The user releases Moses Hydrofoil, its owner and any person involved in from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that the user or any user of this product may suffer due to any cause whatsoever including negligence.

Safety rules

It is recommended to use adequate protection for the users head and a buoyancy vest.It is recommended not to use any type of leash.We recommend to use the hydrofoil in the sea with safety weather conditions and within your abilities.You are also advised to avoid shallow and irregular waters, or the possible presence of rocks or other solid obstacles.The minimum depth required for navigation is 1.40 meters.In the event of product damage caused by impacts or collisions of various kinds, it is strongly advised to thoroughly review the Moses Hydrofoil before the next use.You have to be aware about the regulations in force of your zone in matters of sailing, surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

ASSEMBLY OF THE FRONT WING

ASSEMBLY OF THE STABILIZER

Before assembly, check that bushings in the drift are clean.Place the front wing on the drift, lining up the screw holes and grooves on the edges of the wing of the drift.Insert the four flat head Screws M6x25mm [MHW015] in the corresponding bushing without tightening. Proceed to tighten the screws with the wrench.

Note: The tightening of the screws should not be too tight in order to prevent damage to internal bushing of the mast. Use the supplied wrench [MHW050]. Avoid the use of power or hydraulic tools.

Before assembly, check that bushings in the drift are clean.Place the stabilizer on the drift, lining up the screw holes and maintaining the countersink of the holes towards the outside with respect to the drift. Insert the two flat head screws M6x16mm [MHW010] into the corresponding bushing without tightening. Proceed to tighten the screws with the supplied wrench.

Note: The tightening of the screws should not be too tight in order to prevent damage to internal bushing of the mast. Use the supplied wrench [MHW050]. Avoid the use of power or hydraulic tools.

ASSEMBLY OF THE MAST

Insert the four Button Head Bushing M6x10 [MHW002] in the four holes in the Vorace Mast plate.Insert the proper screws M6x30 [MHW016] for the board from the upper side of the board.Place the board on the mast, lining up the plate holes with the board holes and keeping the front wing to the nose of the board.Check that all screws are inside the bushings before tightening.Proceed to tighten the screws with the supplied hexagonal wrench and the Wrench 17mm [MHW051].

Note: The tightening of the screws should not be too tight in order to prevent damage to the board. Use the supplied screwdriver. Avoid the use of power or hydraulic tools.

MAINTENANCE

After every use wash the mast, front wing and the stabilizer with fresh water. Then dry them using a soft cloth.Clear screws, threaded holes and bushing frequently, by using a penetrating oil and a water-displacement (eg Lithium Grease).This is to avoid and prevent oxidation and corrosion due to sea water.Do not expose to the sun for long periods of time.Store the mast, front wing and the stabilizer in a safe place, in order to prevent injury and damage.

Nota:Il serraggio delle viti non deve essere troppo forte al fine di evitare danni alle boccole interne alla deriva. Utilizzare la chiave fornita [MHW050]. Evitare ogni utilizzo di utensili elettrici o pneumatici.

MONTAGGIO DELLALA PRINCIPALE

Prima del montaggio, controllare che le boccole nella deriva siano pulite.Posizionare lala principale sulla deriva, allineando i fori per le viti e i bordi dellala alla deriva. Inserire le quattro viti a testa svasata M6x25mm [MHW015] nella corrispondente boccola senza serrare.Procedere con il serraggio delle viti con la chiave esagonale.

MONTAGGIO DELLO STABILIZZATORE

Prima del montaggio, controllare che le boccole nella deriva siano pulite.Posizionare lo stabilizzatore sulla deriva, allineando i fori per le viti e mantenendo la svasatura dei fori dal lato esterno rispetto alla deriva. Inserire le due viti a testa svasata M6x16mm [MHW010] nella corrispondente boccola senza serrare.Procedere con il serraggio delle viti con la chiave esagonale.

ASSEMBLAGGIO DELLA DERIVA

Inserire le quattro boccole M6x10 [MHW002] nei fori della piastra di collegamento.Inserire le viti appropriate per la tavola, dal lato superiore della tavola.Posizionare la tavola sulla deriva, allineando i fori della deriva con i fori della tavola e mantenendo lala principale diretta verso la prua della tavola.Controllare che tutte le viti siano allinterno delle boccole prima del serraggio.Serrare le viti utilizzando la chiave esagonale e la chiave 17 in dotazione [MHW051].

Note: il serraggio delle viti non deve essere troppo elevato per evitare danni alla tavola. Utilizzare la chiave in dotazione. Evitare l'utilizzo di utensili elettrici o pneumatici.

MANUTENZIONE

Lavare lequipaggiamento con acqua pulita e fresca dopo ogni utilizzo. Asciugare con un panno morbido.Pulire le viti, i fori filettati e le boccole frequentemente utilizzando oli lubrificanti o grasso al litio per evitare e prevenire il grippaggio delleviti, lossidazione e la corrosione delle parti dovuta allacqua marina.Non esporre lequipaggiamento al sole per un lungo periodo.Tenere lequipaggiamento in un posto sicuro al fine di prevenire urti e danneggiamenti.
