Targa 2000 / Targa 2000P

Tracer PointSpring loaded tracer point with controlled pitch regulation by means of a regulating nut. The tracer point spring greatly facilitates self-centering operations making rapid precise movements possible.The tracer point is easy to replace and to regulate.

Inclined SurfacesThe inclination of the surfaces making up the structure of Targa 2000 and Targa 2000P has been calculated to facilitate the removal of chippings and other residues by allowing them to slide into a special tray on the machine. In this way the internal mechanism is protected from contamination by residues of dust, which could damage the working parts of the key cutting machine.

CarriageCopies both male and female safety keys with a single carriage, without the need for special accessories. The carriage, however, is interchangeable. Both machines carry clamps with self-centering jaws which ensure secure grip (all operations are facilitated by the position and ergonomic shape of the knobs) on the shaft and bits. The head stop prevents vibration or key rotation during the cutting operation, guaranteeing precision key cutting. The centering devices for male and female keys make it possible to position these different types of keys quickly and accurately.

Tool TrayBoth Targa 2000 and Targa 2000P are supplied with a practical fully equipped tool tray complete with accessories for cutting and machine maintenance operations.A practical tray for the collection of chippings from the work process is incorporated.

TastatoreTastatore molleggiato con regolazione a passo controllato tramite ghiera. Il molleggio del tastatore agevola al massimo le operazioni di autocentramento e permette all'operatore movimenti rapidi e precisi.Il tastatore è facilmente sostituibile e regolabile.

Piani inclinatiLe inclinazioni dei piani che costituiscono la struttura di Targa 2000 e Targa 2000P sono state studiate in modo da facilitare lo scivolamento dei residui di lavorazione nella apposita vaschetta a bordo macchina. In tal modo i meccanismi interni sono protetti da qualsiasi intrusione di residui e polvere dall'esterno che potrebbero danneggiare la macchina duplicatrice.

CarrelloUn carrello unico permette di duplicare le chiavi di sicurezza sia maschio che femmi-na, senza necessità di particolari accessori (il carrello è comunque intercambiabile).Morsetti autocentranti, che garantiscono un perfetto bloccaggio (facilitato dalla manopola anatomica) del gambo e della mappa unitamente a quello della testa, assicurato da un ferma testa di speciale progettazione, evitano qualsiasi vibrazione della chiave durante la lavorazione e assicurano la massima precisione.I centratori per chiavi maschio e femmina (manopole anatomiche), permettono di posizionare velocemente ed in modo accura-to le diverse tipologie di chiavi.

Vaschetta porta utensiliTarga 2000 e Targa 2000P presentano entrambe a bordo macchina una comoda e completa vaschetta porta utensili contenente accessori utili alle operazioni di duplicazione e manutenzione della duplicatrice.Sono inoltre dotate di una comoda vaschetta raccogli trucioli.
