WINEMAKING Grapes were picked during cool early mornings and immediately transferred to the winery. The selected grapes were macerated to obtain this wine´s characteristic pink color.Musts obtained were then fermented at low temperature (16ºC/60ºF) to maximize its intensity, freshness and the characteristics of each grape varietal. Look: Pale and clear pink color.Aromas & Palate: A fragrant rosé with intense strawberry flavors. Balanced acidity with a charming freshness and a mouth-filling sensation.
FOOD MATCHES AND SERVING This wine is summer in a bottle! Fun and fresh, it is the perfect addition to celebrations all year round. Elegant as an aperitif and fantastic with food, especially with Mediterranean cuisine and seafood dishes. Ideal for early enjoyment, serving temperature 8ºC/46ºF.

OUR TERROIRLocated in the Spanish region of Tierra de Castilla, our estate in Malpica is the largest family-owned vineyard in a single-estate across Europe. Our vineyards are nestled in the ancient riverbeds of the Tajo River, 500 meters above sea level and surrounded by the Toledo hills and Gredos mountain range. Mineral-rich clay, limestone soils and a sunny climate all year-round provide ideal conditions for growing high quality and flavor-rich grapes.
