INTRODUCTION“This Job is too heavy of a burden for you to handle all by
yourself. Find some capable, honest men. They will help carry the load, making the task easier for you. Then you will be able to endure pressure.” (Bible). Acts 17:6

CONCLUSION1 Corinthians 1:10
Now I beseech you, brethren by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you: but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgement.
CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEWCorinthians teaches us that we should speak the same thing. We should not be
the fink of the team. Also, that there should be no divisions. A team should be perfectly joined. There should be unity. God wanted us all to be equal. Therefore we should think with the same mind. Everyone should think hard and not social loaf. Also we should use the same good judgment.
The second scripture tells us having trust is key in a team. However, God wants us to trust him the most. We can't depend on our way of thinking or understanding. Therefore, it is important to pray as a team and ask God for understanding. We also know from this scripture that God will direct your path if you acknowledge him. God will make a way.
Teams that acknowledge God, trust him first and depend on God’s way of thinking to be successful. They will be united and equally yoked. The teams would be weaved. Their path directed by our powerful God.
