ARTIST STATEMENT
Nothing excites me more in this life than to share my thoughts and ideas to those around me, to tell my stories, to share my love, to express my feelings, to inspire though passion, to teach through experience, to live and bask in freedom. My work evolves with me; it beats in tandem with my heart and matures as I do. Every facet of my work, commercial or personal, must reflect the current state of my life, I refuse to separate the two, as doing so will render my work lifeless, and therefore meaningless.

“40 Winks” is a charming tale of a insomniac boy who embarks on an exciting journey with his imaginary friends, facing dastardly foes and discovering new worlds in a quest to find the rest he so yearns for.

“Gaia” was a conceptual game developed by Shawn as an attempt to reignite interest in the traditional game of marbles, through a reinvention of its rules and the addition of modern gaming innovations.
