jewelry, and accessories industry. The company is the official exclusive representative (Agent) of world-class brands,
serving over 300 major watch dealers, as well as operating more than 20 retail stores and boutiques under the
names Zaman & Zeevar and Prestige. Some of the brands represented exclusively by Daya Zaman Sanj include:

As the Company’s Deputy CEO / CFO, I am in charge of making sure major strategic goals set by the board of directors and
the CEO are reached. I am also directly in charge of the financial department. I have been able to deliver immediate
turnaround results through well-developed employee relations, leadership, and motivation. Nine (9) years of
professional management and financial experience in addition to my accreditation as a CPA (Certified Public
Accountant) has allowed me to well-manage the following responsibilities:
Managing a human capital of more than 150 employees, including hiring, development, payroll and benefit planning
Overseeing 500 billion Rials in sales to over 300 wholesale dealers
Administrating operations of 20 watch and accessory retail stores and boutiques with total sales of over 200 billion
Rials nationwide.
Negotiating collaboration terms with clients, agents, landlords, and foreign suppliers
Liaising with foreign companies regarding introduction of their brands in Iran, as well as developing and proposing
market penetration strategies

reporting.
During my term as the Deputy CEO / CFO, we have been able to achieve the following milestones:
Implemented budgeting, and corporate strategy planning, including differentiated strategies for different product lines
and brands
Introduced and successfully executed “analysis based product management”, consisting of:
o Analyzing inventories and identifying slow and fast moving products
o Making informed purchase order decisions, which has resulted in adjusting order levels
o Developing targeted sales strategies, which has improved sales substantially
o Utilizing effective marketing methods in line with inventory management and sales plans
Implemented profitability analysis on a store by store basis, facilitating informed decision making on opening and
closing of stores, as well as improving product allocation among the stores
Improved work-process guidelines, updated sales commission formulas and developed employment guidelines.
Also improved the Company's organizational chart and formed committees to facilitate improved decision making.
Improved financial practices, financial reporting, cash management, income tax and VAT planning, internal control
processes, and safeguarding of assets
Implemented and launched a separate accounting software for the Dubai office
Conducted an overall internal audit of the company's procedures, organization, and management
Prepared exit plans for ailing brands
Designed and executed employee motivation plans, improving job satisfaction and employee retention
