The National Weblogue Series on “Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace – Understanding the Act 2013” is a webinar platform which envisages for disseminating knowledge about the Act and its compliance. The weblogue series constitute five dialogue sessions with subject matter experts. It is being organized with the assistance of iPleaders, a legal education startup which focusses on building mass legal literacy. At the end of the series, CII would be introducing a handy cloud-based compliance, training and certification toolbox called “End Sexual Harassment” which consists of reference manuals/ templates like filing procedures, notices, draft policy templates, sensitization documents and a certification system to help your organization comply effectively with the law to help you develop the mandatory mechanisms within your organisation. The toolbox has been created by iPleaders. This initiative has been designed, by the CII, to assist its members in framing their respective anti-sexual harassment policies and simplifying the compliance requirements and other obligations of the Act.
