I N S T R U C T I O N SA. Make Flower Base - Cut 1 F lower Base from f lower-colored felt . With hand-sewing needle & thread, st i tch around per imeter, 1/8” f rom cut edge. Pul l thread to gather F lower Base into a dome shape. Stuff with polyester stuff ing. Secure & tr im thread. Stuff ing wi l l be vis ible at bottom of domed Base.
B. Attach Flowers to Base - Cut out several felt F lowers; sample has 14. Fold each F lower in half & st i tch at center back of F lower. Fold in half again & repeat st i tching to cup Flower forward. Attach F lowers to Base by sewing one french knot at center of each.
C. Attach Flowers to Leaves - Cut out Top Leaves and Bottom Leaves f rom two dif ferent colors of felt . Stack Leaves together & st i tch F lowers at center, secur ing al l layers. Attach f in ished design to a pin, headband, note card, pincushion, present, etc.
NOTE: F lower pin at left does not have Bottom Leaves.
