Setting up Email Alerts for Searches using Blogtrottr in Internet Explorer or Firefox

Do a search in the catalog. Then click on the RSS icon at the top right of the search results.

A new screen will open that should look similar to this if you’re using the Internet Explorer. Copy the URL (website address) from the address bar.

In the Firefox browser, after you click the orange RSS icon the screen may look like this. Copy the URL (website address) as shown.

Open a new browser window or tab. In the new tab, go to the website blogtrottr.com

On this screen, paste the URL you copied into the box under Getting Started. Then enter your email address and click on Feed Me.

Blogtrottr is a free service and will send you an email when the Library adds a book that matches your search.
