WEEK FROM THE 26TH TO THE 1ST

31 - Estrella de Puebla The Estrella de Puebla is the the biggest ferris wheel of Latin America, loosely resembles the popular Eye in London, and although the poblano version may be the largest transportable wheel on the planet. Its 260 foot height will instantly. There will be 54 total climate controlled passenger cabins: 50 capable of holding up to 8 riders and 4 VIP cabins holding up to 6 guests. It will take approximately a half hour to make one full rotation. After we trip by the ferris wheel, we will go to dinner in the biggest shopping mall in Puebla, where you can enjoy different kind of restaurants.

WEEK FROM THE 2ND TO THE 8TH

7 - Chile en Nogada Chiles en Nogada is a seasonal dish. It is prepared and eaten during the months of August and September, which is the time of year when the key ingredients, the pomegranates and walnuts, are in season. Chile en nogada season also coincides with Mexican Independence day festivities. Since this dish contains ingredients that are the colors of Mexico's flag - red, white, and green - it is considered a very patriotic and festive dish. We want to share it with you, so we can enjoy a good meal together. After that if we want to do something else we can do it.

WEEK FROM THE 9TH TO THE 16TH

15 Mexican Independence Day This wonderful country commemorated 203 years of Independence from Spanish rule. Streets, houses, buildings and cars are decorated everywhere in the country. On every street corner there are vendors selling flags, balloons, sombreros and rehiletes -shuttlecock, all with the green, white and red, our National colors. Flags wave from practically every house and building. Lighted decorations are set up in every city, the most spectacular being those of the Zócalo, main plaza, in Puebla City. This main is the place where the great 16 de Septiembre celebrations take place. People of all ages come to this fiesta, to take part in the collective gaiety! Food is always a very important part of these festivities. Literarily hundreds of stands are set up several days before and offer the traditional antojitos, most aptly described as a variety of finger foods, Mexican candies, and punch. WEEK FROM THE 17TH TO THE 22TH

21 – Trip to Xochimilco

Xochimilco finds itself in a period of definition and assimilation, between its rich traditions and the urban challenges that come with being a part of an urban area like Mexico City. Nevertheless, it’s still possible to witness this great lake past by visiting its wharves and traveling through its channels and chinampas in the traditional trajineras, it is an essential visit for to experience a party of nature, music, colour and water.
