Happy Fall! I am thinking about how to do holistic business in a new way. The old ways don’t seem to work anymore, as even seen in our financial markets of late. I was recently watching the series “John of Cincinnati” and the line “The old rules don’t apply anymore, but the new rules haven’t even been written yet!” popped out at me. It’s even hitting the mainstream. Working as a holistic practitioner and business seems to be challenging, and conversations about how we continue to work with clients or customers and how we tap into a positive financial flow during these shifts keep coming up. If we are moving into a new field or new energy, how we have always run our businesses in the old way may not apply anymore, and learning to go with the flow and tap into something new can be a huge learning experience that changes all the time. Where do we find the balance until we are truly living in a higher vibration where it will all just fall into place and be more than we can imagine? Whispers of Spirit and Crystalline Light (my second business) are considering some sort of discussion group or forum on this topic. You Were Created From Pure Love! Divine Mother through Sol'Ara An

Dear Divine Mother, many have asked how they can believe in the love within and that all is well as you speak of, when so much chaos is going on around them. Please would you offer a message to these ones this day? I am grateful! Beloved one's, I greet you this day with the Love of a thousand Suns! It is thus that we have much to speak of… this energy of Love! We come today with the under-standing that many are searching for the strength to follow their hearts guidance, yet still feel the fears of the illusions presented in this world of linear time. I have great compassion for all of my children of the Earth. We understand that you do not always have the ability to see the "big picture" in all of this. That is why I come to assist in this way. There is no other way to bring awareness to the consciousness of humanity than to find the places within your hearts where you allow our presence to be known. And so this day I ask that you would allow my presence to be known within your hearts at this moment, and allow me to offer you solace from the pain you continue to allow into your realm of human life awareness. Please know that there is nothing that causes more pain than separation, and your awareness of it. Within the energies and the frequencies presented to the Earth and humanity in these days, are the information programs that activate knowing within the consciousness of all life that the separation time is coming to an end. With the allowance of this information into your consciousness, for you must accept it on some level of your consciousness to receive this energy into your knowing field, there is the occurrence of difficulty because it also brings up the original guilt associated with what is called "the Fall" of mankind. Within every cell of your being and DNA codes there is this knowing. And with the guilt comes great grief, and still this has yet to be resolved in the wholeness of humanity. This is what you have been experiencing these past several months, the healing love of your Creator. Many have learned to clear these energies rather quickly now. The studies of the energetic frequencies and the vibrations within the human consciousness teach that you are not these negative illusions, and yet still they are allowed to attach, and so they must be released through forgiveness and acceptance. We would say that in allowing this energy to awaken these energies of guilt and grief… our love is shown to awaken you from your slumber and release the "weight" you all carry in your bodies and your subtle bodies in regard to this guilt, and is that which caused humanity to attach also to the energy of unworthiness. When you were created, you were created from pure Love and given great compassion so that you would once again find your way back to the Oneness of that Love. It has been a long journey for many, and many are ready to come home… but we ask dear one's that you stay a bit longer and allow the gifts to be given for the long road you have walked and the service you have all given to all of humanity, and to your Mother Earth, and her nature and elemental spirits and life forms as well. For there is much life upon this Beautiful Mother Earth you walk upon, and many of our creation you still do not understand. Life is within everything you see! Indeed, every rock, tree, river, ocean, bird, dog, cat, mouse… they are all part of you… created from the divine Love of your Creator. We offer this perspective that you shall allow us to heal the resistance you carry within you to accept that you are ONE with all things. That you are ONE even with your Divine Mother and also your Divine Father God of All that Is! We now come to offer assistance in the way of energy that soothes you, and restores your energetic strength. As you read our words, and as you allow yourself to breathe slowly… and accept your own inner peace, we offer this energy of peace within… now! Allow yourself to feel the feelings as they now rise up, for these are your true feelings… asking for release of pain and suffering… asking for the release of your resistance to allowing the truth to be known within your own heart, indeed within your full conscious self! You did nothing wrong… it is as it was to be! This is one truth we present to an open heart and an open mind… ready to release the hold on the walls of resistance to "what is". And "what is" my dear beloved children, is that you are only in pain and suffering because you continue to see your-self as such… as separate from your Creator! You have been given a heart full of knowing, and a great mind to open to higher truth, and all that we ask is that you give yourself the possibility that maybe we offer a better way, a way that releases you from the "nightmares" you have allowed yourself to walk in. This is a time for all beings to awaken to the truth of the illusions you see, and change your vision…your perspective… and allow the possibility that You are Divine Love, You are ONE with your Creator, and that in the truth of this you can have peace, prosperity, love, and health in every way in your life now. But beloved ones, you must be willing to give up the "victim" consciousness you hold in your beliefs, and surrender to the truth of Love and Peace offered by your Divine Mother, Holy Father God. It is our compassion that offers this writing at this time. There is no other way

[Divine Mother, con’t] to say this, for we know the truth of Who you are. You are all Divine Souls, who are creators! Now is the time to gain greater awareness, allowing the high-self to finally embody, now in this life experience. This is the process some are now aligning to and embodying on the Earth this day. When you are ready, you will feel the pull of your Soul to go deeper within, and as you breathe deeply into the core of your being you will feel this Love and everlasting knowing that you have always been that which we tell you… A Divine Being of Light, created from Love as true aspects of our being! The Light of your hearts will change the energy of your societies upon Mother Earth. It is the collective heart that shall bring peace and clarity of your true way to happiness, health, prosperity, and full self awareness for all beings upon the Earth. This is your divine right! You were never meant to be in pain and poverty or illness. Your bodies originally were in such a state of purity that you would have lived for may hundreds of years… that now is being offered once more. The veils have been thinning more each of your past months, and the ability to access your higher knowing has never been easier. All it takes is your willingness to listen within, to meditate each day, listening for guidance. Allowing the energies of divine love to come through and clear you of these blocks and fears compacted in your cells and in your subconscious, through your simple but sincere surrender to Divine Mother, Holy Father God's love for you and your acceptance that forgiveness was never necessary, once you accepted your role in all of creation. Your responsibility to yourself and to others is to simply accept who you are within love, and offer that love to yourself and everyone upon Mother Earth. This is the true path of the Human in this which you call "Ascension" times. In order to ascend, dear beloved children, you must first descend into your hearts as the full self that you are, and by accepting your humanness and the humanness of others, you will find that the love within shall move you higher and into the realms of light of divine love… and thus you shall walk within these energies of love. The key is… you shall walk here upon the Earth… for you shall have brought this divine higher energy embodied here upon the Earth, and the beauty and peace of the paradise garden you dream of shall manifest! It is of course always your choice as what you shall do. We offer the possibility of another way, another perspective on your transitional energies of these days upon your beautiful Mother Earth! Our great love fills these words, and our energy of compassion follows as well. Look at the possibility dear one's that all is truly well within the heart of your being. Forgive the guilt and release in simple prayer… and then open your heart for the healing back to ONENESS. Our love surrounds and fills every one of you now! Becoming Aware of Becoming Aware Jim Self

There is occurring a shift in consciousness - a shift in the perception of how the world exists. Many feel that something is not right, that some-thing has been lost. In our rush to create more; the bigger house, better car, more salary, we have actually created less. We have created less time to spend in our bigger house, less time to enjoy our family and friends, less opportunity to enjoy the sunset and the beauty that sur-rounds us. But what is really concerning most of us, whether we are aware of it or not, is that we have been losing ourselves. More, bigger and faster at the end of the day is less-than or not enough. We are discon-nected from what nourishes us. We are physically sick, emotionally unhappy, mentally exhausted and spiritually unclear as to who we truly are. However, this is beginning to change; more of us are beginning to shift. We are beginning to remember who we are. We are recognizing this im-balance and asking ourselves what is important. What makes me happy? The answer is not about having more of the world outside but having more of the “me” within. In our rush to the top, we have allowed parts of ourselves to become unimportant. We have traded respect for competi-tion, kindness for advantage and giving for taking. We have lost track of our “Inner Guidance” which always takes us to a higher, more vibrant place. This higher place is where cooperation, support and understanding create trust, friendship and compassion. This Shift is occurring within the Hearts of humanity. Millions are begin-ning to consciously awaken and they are finding a new passion within. They are passionately recognizing that who they are counts. I AM valu-able, important and significant! I matter and I have a contribution to make. This passion is what is awakening and igniting within each of us. This shift is occurring across the world, in every town and village, in the Hearts of each child, woman and man. Whether the issue is feeding the poor, healing the sick, building community or nurturing the earth, there is a growing awareness. There is an awakening, a shift in consciousness. A connection is being made, one heart to another. In this connection of caring, sharing, giving and receiving a spark within the Heart ignites and grows. This awakening consciousness has no limits. It is a shift that is tak-ing us all into a higher dimensional awareness, a higher, more aligned way of life. We are becoming aware of becoming aware. From one way of life toward another. This shift is not only altering our consciousness, it is changing the world around us. A shift, by definition, is the movement away from one point toward another. The 3rd dimensional world as we have known it, is crumb-ing around us. The old ways were designed by governments and corpora-tions to support and provide well being to its citizens. These ways no longer work. All of these systems are deteriorating; governmental, legal, health, social services, education, food quality, political, monetary, protection of the environment, etc. All are broken. When we look a little deeper, however, there exists a new passion. Indi-viduals, groups, and companies offer new ideas which clean the earth, recycle waste and create new power sources. More companies offer em-ployee ownership, day care, equal pay and much more. The creation of Heaven on Earth is unfolding. We are at the beginning of this new way of life, not the end. Each one of us has to awaken. We each have to make the shift within. Many have awoken, more are awakening and many still are asleep. But not for long. We will each experience becoming aware in unique ways. For some it will be powerful and alive. For others it will be slower and more cautious. But we will all walk a common path. Allow me to offer you an exercise that will rapidly take you down this path, interrupting your 3rd dimensional habits and assisting you to remember who you are. Create a list of words, words that make you feel good. Words that you would like to be known by in your world. For example:

[Self, con’t] insightful, kind, respectful, purposeful, gracious, gratitude, integrity, digni-fied, caring or helpful. Make it a long list, choosing words that will help you remember yourself. It is within the words that you will awaken. Next pick four or five of those words that make you feel especially good as you experience them. Take one word each day for a week and BE that word. Demonstrate this word in every situation you experience. Notice how it makes you feel. Notice that when you become intentional about being the word, you feel more alert, aware and in the present “Now” moment of time. In other words, you are in charge of yourself on your terms. And yes, you will forget at first. No problem, simply smile and become the word once again. One word of caution, however: This path generally leads to feelings of certainty, well being, command and Happy. There is a shift… and the shift is within you.

Your Divine Self and Transforming the Trickery of Ego

Nademus, through Brenda Hill Good day, entities! And a fine day it is as we explore the ideas of the mind that constitute the trickery of ego. Now this is a statement of intent, that fully developed could take many, many more pages to describe than this publication can accommodate. So, what we will do is consider it from a more specific perspective. First, allow me to establish familiarity with the ego as seen from the viewpoint of conditioned thought. Commonly viewed, ego is most often seen as the arousal of an inflated sense of self, often exhibiting superiority and celebrity of one kind or another, standing out from others in a “showy” manner. You might even say that to define someone as having a strong ego would be to say that person is rather “full of themselves”. Indeed, in the eyes of the average person, elevated ego is determined to even be necessary to accomplish and achieve what is deemed success in these days. Now, in my expression to you, I would not consider that you, the reader, are part and parcel of the average populace at all. Indeed, you who are reading this are opening to your own growth and awakening unto the awareness of yourself as greater than the body, more than the limited spectrum of physicality and certainly aware enough of the battle that ego wages for your attention to outwit it and not befall to its trickery. Yet it occurs. Dear entity, I applaud your intention and your awakening presence as in these times, ego is on a mission, a mission to win over your rising consciousness and to topple your attempts at recognizing and realizing the sovereign self you are. Its job is to undermine your movement by any means necessary and that includes trickery. Of what trickery do I speak? For one, the misunderstanding of what ego is and how it expresses. For example dear friends, as we have just spoken, the general assessment of ego is that of over-inflated expression of the self. But, the trickery can be so subtle as to focus so much on over-inflation that you miss the very common point of thought of many, many people which revolves around taking the role of under-inflating themselves. Yes, self-diminishment is equally as strong an ego tactic as expressing in a superior fashion. Those who align to ego and follow the “high” road sometimes feel the need to be strong and callous in order to take the barbs and insults that can befall them on their path to success in this physical plane. They are on the path of breaking through challenges and showing the world “what they are made of”. To ego, the goal justifies the means. Success is everything. Everyone recognizes this type of individual and may even know one. The idea of being and behaving like this is unpalatable at best and to most, abhorrent. After all, we all live together and personal charity and kindness are valued behavioral and cultural mores. So, the reverse of this kind of behavior is seen as more appropriate and as the “right” way to success in personal endeavors. Individuals attuned to this line of thought take the position of “correcting” the more brazen individual’s behavior through the exemplification of civility through a kinder, softer approach, one more “acceptable” in society. The kinder, softer way is viewed as being clear of ego and, overall, there is an assumption of correctness. Dear entities, I submit to you that ego has tricked the kinder individuals into attuning to the same, exact polarity pole of thought, simply balancing it from the other end. It does not matter what angle or approach you take to an issue or an identification with something. You still see something with which to take issue. For instance, it does not matter what position you take in a debate, you are still debating. If you are debating you are focused upon the issue and if there is an issue, the whole thing is seen to be separate components. This separateness is the crux of ego. So, ego thrives on the assumption that if you take the “low” road of expression, the more subdued, the more “under-inflated” or “self-diminished” you appear, the less ego you have. In fact, there is no way to measure degrees of ego. It either is or it is not. And, the only way ego is not, is if you, the chooser, recognize it and its trickery and choose to be in the present moment, the power now, to express through your divine self the balance and light of

unadulterated truth. Ego takes the “idea” of truth, adulterates it and justifies this adulteration as acceptable expression of “the way it is”. However, the God you are, your divine self, lives truth through freedom from attachment. Remember that you, as the creators of reality, are manifesting thoughts and ideas, into things, or physical representations of those thoughts. Thoughts “about” reality are merely conceptualizations that if focused upon with intent become for you a physical expression to live through and experience yourself within. Thoughts about reality are not reality, but if you identify with those thoughts, you step out of the power of now and into the complexity of ego. As a result, you cease to feel and intuit natural truth because you have assumed a position regarding thought. You might say that you are doing rather than being. Egos taking the “high” road are big and brash, excelling in making loud statements about themselves. Egos taking the “low” road give the impression of meekness and right expression. However, both the high and low road takers are still in ego. Egos make statements to identify themselves and it does not matter what that identification is. If what you are saying or doing or not saying or doing, represents an identification with something or someone, then recognizing this identification process is the first step to actually “being through doing”. In other words, you are on this plane of expression to be demonstrable with thought. You experience your thoughts physically. Your thoughts, or rather the choice of thoughts, represent the state of consciousness you are in. Really, you have two choices of consciousness - the state of ego or your divine being. When you experience your divine being, what you do, or physically express, is absent of identification with or attachment to something, but rather you attune to a greater truth within you such that you simply allow that truth to emerge and reveal itself through non-attachment. When you “do” in this fashion, ego simply is not even in the picture. You are not making a choice between something, you are making a choice for inclusion of your essence with the essence of an idea or thought. And so it is that from ego’s perspective, being full of yourself, defines you, making you something. Being full of yourself from the knowing of your divine self is a gift that you can offer with grace to the doing world. Being divinely full of yourself is remembering who you are and bringing that into the physical, or you might say spiritualizing matter. When your divinity lives, you thrive in the now moment, the moment of truth and self-empowerment. The love you are shines forth as a beacon of light to offer clarity and understanding in a world of choice. I bid you adieu. With God you are and I am. So be it. Indeed.
