Senior Interior Designer

Casa Forma are looking to recruit a Senior Interior Designer from a luxury residential or luxury

hospitality background.

A high level of proficiency is required in the following Key Skills for this role:

• Creative individual with 8yrs+ experience in Interior Design

• Strong team leader skills, able to manage a team, run projects to time and on budget

• Ability to run several projects consecutively

• Able to project manage from inception to completion including site management

• Highly organised, process based and able to coordinate suppliers, agents, contractors

• Excellent at detailing drawings including bespoke joinery

• Able to develop tender packages and schedules of work

• Able to produce and detail working drawings

• Great spatial layout skills

• Skilled in detailing bespoke joinery

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) with knowledge of xrefs

• Sketch up, Rendering Skills, Photoshop & InDesign

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office required

• Hand Sketching

• Confident client facing and presentation skills

• Extensive knowledge of high-end materials, bespoke finishes and artisans

• Extensive knowledge of FF&E, fabrics, high-end suppliers

• Pro-active and team orientated, calm and confident

• Salary: dependant on experience

Responsibilities

• Management of clients including brief taking, meetings, presentations and producing

associated minutes/agenda’s

• Guide the project team from concept through schematic design and ensure the continuity of

design throughout the design development, interior design documentation and construction

administration phases

• Develop innovative FF&E designs in response to the client briefs under the guidance of

senior staff

• Formulate project timelines and budgets

• Create specification documents, schedules and costings

• Procure, QC and manage the installation and dressing of FF&E

• Co-coordinate contractors and suppliers and review and sign off any drawings/specifications

they may produce
