All same day order should be received by us before 2 PM IST. Order received after 2 PM IST will be delivered next day. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

We do not guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. We recommends that you place your orders at least 5 (five) days in advance.

Order Cancellation

We cannot cancel or change orders which are already processed at our delivery location, en-route or delivered. Same day order are processed immediately and once placed cannot be cancelled/changed/modify. Florasis will not cancel/change/modify any order unless informed 1 working day prior to the date of delivery.

Return & Refund

Subject to other Terms and condition, no product or service will be returned.
