Throughout my life, I have always been dedicated to competitive sports- ski racing and later earning a golf scholarship to university in Virginia. My competitive spirit and work ethic

are the biggest strengths I bring to my professional life.

Growing up around real estate and working with Linda the last several years has given me strong

knowledge of the industry.

Comparative Market Analysis:

A comparative market analysis is a comprehensive look at the homes recently sold & currently on the market in your area that can be considered similar to yours. Proper pricing will attract a greater number of potential buyers and greatly increase your chances of a quick sale. A quick sale results in the best price.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection:I also have a complimentary home inspection to review the condition of your house, so that you can sell with confidence. Buyers will be confident of the condition of the home, and more willing to submit a firm offer.

Professional Staging & Photography:I work closely with a highly experienced stager, so that your house is showcased at it’s full potential. Between us, we have a strong network of specialists and resources (cleaners, carpet & window cleaners, landscapers, movers, etc.) Studies show that staged homes sell faster & for a better price! Not only that, most homes these days are staged, so you need to be ahead of the competition.With so many buyers searching on the internet, great pictures can make a huge difference in the amount of interest in your home. Our photographer, one of the best in the country, goes the extra mile to present your property in the best possible light. This is obvious when you see our photos.

Professional Marketing Materials:With my graphic designer, I design and prepare high quality marketing materials so that your home is showcased to buyers in a wide variety of ways.
