SELLER AUTHORIZATION TO EXCLUDE LISTING AND/OR DATA FROM THE
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS BOARD OF REALTORS MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE

WHEREAS, the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS, Inc. (NABOR) maintains a multiple listing service (MLS) for the benefit of its participants and subscribers who agree to abide by its MLS Rules and Regulations and Terms of Service. Listing information submitted to the MLS describes the property, price, and other terms and conditions under which a seller’s property is offered for sale, including but not limited to the listing broker’s offer of compensation to other brokers. These listings are available to all MLS participants and subscribers and their potential buyers through its subscription website, as well as to the general public through various real estate websites that receive MLS data.
WHEREAS, the MLS Rules and Regulations require all real estate agents and brokers who are participants in the MLS to submit all
their exclusive right to sell and exclusive agency listings located in the territorial jurisdiction of the MLS, within three (3) business days after obtaining all necessary signatures of the seller(s) for such listing. However, a seller may refuse to permit the listing to be disseminated by the MLS, in which case the broker must submit this completed authorization form to NABOR within three (3) business days, signed by the seller and the broker. Seller desires to exclude seller’s property from the MLS and acknowledges the following:

public via various real estate websites that are widely used by the public looking to purchase homes in the Northwest Arkansas region;
__________ I understand that real estate agents, brokers and members of the public consequently may initials be unaware of the availability of seller’s property or the terms and conditions under which seller
is marketing the property; and __________ I understand the reduction in exposure of seller’s property to other real estate offices and initials prospective buyers may reduce the number of offers and adversely impact the price or terms the
seller receives. Seller hereby instructs Broker to exclude seller’s property from the MLS for the following period: ☐

LISTING BROKER IS REQUIRED TO SEND A COPY OF THIS AUTHORIZATION TO NABOR WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF THE LISTING CONTRACT DATE. THE FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND
WITH ALL SIGNATURES IN ORDER FOR THE EXEMPTION TO BE ACCEPTED.
