Developed system requirements for a track automation interface for the AU680 clinical chemistry analyzer. Justified and initiated the development of a local automation system in the US coordinating with Olympus R&D teams in

Japan and Germany. Designed and completed a prototype system with a local US automation integrator within budget and on schedule for public demonstration.

Managed the Laboratory Automation Sales Specialists to achieve annual target sales revenues in their territories.
