Search Tips for Five College Museums/Historic Deerfield Collections Database

Using the Advanced Search option, enter MH in the Object Number field to retrieve

items from the combined collections of the Mount Holyoke College Art Museum and the

Skinner Museum, or to refine your search, select either the Mount Holyoke College Art

Museum or Skinner Museum in the “Collection” drop-down menu.

Once you have selected your objects, please send a list of accession numbers (e.g. MH

1876.2.I(b).PI or MH SK 2006.1232.INV) to Ellen Alvord, Andrew W. Mellon

Coordinator of Academic Programs, at ealvord@mtholyoke.edu. Please indicate if you

would like an object list with images sent to you prior to your class visit.
