• Solicit fresh ideas for how the Scrum Alliance can better serve its members through new and/or improved services.

• Collaboratively prioritize these ideas so that the Scrum Alliance Board and staff team can develop a near-term action plan and longer term vision.

Project Design and Participants

The design team choose an initial design and test it.

ALL CSTs were invited to facilitated games to identify new concepts.

We organized concepts into five main work areas and created potential projects based on CST feedback.

We invited CSTs to participate in facilitated games.

We invited the entire SA to participate in unfacilitated games.

Qualitative Feedback

• Chat logs provided significant and critical insight into the motivations behind purchases

• Suggestions to improve, extend, constrain, and even stop work on items

• Purchase patterns and chat logs do reflect natural differences between CSTs and other members of the Scrum Alliance

Next Steps

Mar 2010 The Scrum Alliance Board will review the results along with additional ideas to guide decisions on future projects.

Apr 2010 Choices will be communicated via multiple channels, including the web site and official emails.

Rest of 2010 Progress and status reports will be shared with SA members.
