Note:• Foldingstrollersandaccessorieswillalwayshavethepotentialtotrapfingersorpartsofthebodybetweenmovingparts,causinginjuries.Careshouldbetakenwhilefoldingorunfolding.

• Thisvehicleisdesignedforuseonflatorgentlyslopingsurfacesandmaybeunstableonhigherslopingandunevensurfaces.Youshouldalwaysbeawareofthepossibilityofthestrollertippingonunevenorhigherslopingsurfaces.

Step 1: opening stroller• If the stroller has a security tie,

please remove it.

• Release the storage latch (Figure 1a).

• Simultaneously lift handle while pulling on the frame until the locking mechanism engages (Figure 1b).

• Push down on the handle to check that locks have fully engaged.

Step 2: attach rear axle• Align the rear axle assembly over the rear leg

tubes (Figure 2a).

• Push the rear axle on the rear leg tubes (Figure 2b) until the locking pin mechanism engages (Figure 2c).

Step 3: fit rear wheel assembly• Slide rear wheel onto the axle (Figure 3a).

• Repeat for other side.

lift and hold the release clip (Figure 3b).

• Remove rear wheel from the axle.

• Repeat on the other side.

Step 4: front swivel wheel• Position wheel as shown and slide front

wheel into frame (Figure 4a, 4b).

• Wheel will “CLICK” when installed properly.

• To remove the front swivel wheel, rotate the top of wheel assembly (Figure 4c). The wheel will be free to remove.

Step 5: attaching canopy• Slide plastic housing on canopy mounts

onto the receivers on the stroller frame (Figure 5a).

• Attach the canopy’s velcro tabs to the seat (Figure 5b).

• Pushdownfirmlyoneachsidetomakesure the canopy is fully snapped into place.

Step 5a: attaching parent’s tray• Slide bottom edge of parent tray

onto the frame above the canopy and snap onto handlebar tubes (Figure 5a).

Step 5b: attaching child’s tray• Tofit,alignandinserteachendofthe

child tray into the two mounting brackets (located on each side of the frame) until they ‘click’ and lock into place (Figure 5b).

• To remove, press the two buttons on the underside of the mounting brackets (Figure 5c).

Operating front swivel lock• To lock, align the swivel lock button

with the frame and push downwards (Figure 6c).

• To unlock, push the swivel lock button upwards (Figure 6c).

mother’s choice tip...Locked position is ideal for travel over rocky or uneven surfaces.

Operating brakes• Toapplythebrake,pressdownfirmly

on the red brake pedal (Figure 6a).• To release the brake, lift the brake pedal

until the brakes have fully disengaged (Figure 6b).

Apply all brakes whenever you park the stroller.

to adjust seat position• To lower the backrest, hold the top of the backrest

adjuster located at the top of the seat and pull up on the lower lock (Figure 7), then release the backrest to desired position.

• When positioning the backrest from the layback position to the sitting position, move the backrest upwards - there is no need to operate the adjuster lock.

tether strap• Whenever a child is in the stroller and

brakes are NOT engaged, the large loop should be around your wrist (Figure 12).

Use this strap to stop the stroller rolling away.

adjusting harness height• The harness can be set at two

heights, as displayed in Figure 11a and Figure 11b.

• To use the lower slot, undo the buckle and feed the shoulder straps in through the loop (Figure 11a) before securing harness.

• To use the upper slot, undo the buckle and feed both shoulder straps out through the loop (Figure 11b), and allow to hang over the loop before feeding through the seat pad and securing the harness.

• Fold the canopy.

• Unlock the swivel wheels.

• Apply all brakes.

• Adjust the seat backrest and legrest to their lowest positions (see page 10).

• Slide the safety lock button (Figure 13a), then press the frame lock button and hold in this position (Figure 13b).

• Push the handle downward to fold the stroller. Continue this action until the stroller is folded (Figure 13c).

• Attach the storage latch (Figure 13d).

mother’s choice tip...Ifyourfoldedstrollerdoesn’tfitintoyourvehicle or storage location, we suggest removing the Child Tray, Parent Tray, and Front Swivel Wheel to reach a more compact fold.

latch is applied before continuing.

• Carry stroller by holding frame between the storage latch and the rear wheel (Figure 14). Avoid holding the stroller in other locations to avoid injury from moving parts.

using with infant capsule (sold separately)• The Mother’s Choice Scout

Travel System Infant Capsule is sold separately.

• To attach the capsule to the stroller, extend the retractable connectors on each side of the capsule (Figure 15a).

• Align the connectors with the connection point on the stroller (between the child’s tray and the canopy clip), and lower capsule into place.

• You will hear a “click!” when the capsule is securely connected.

• Always store in a clean and dry place.• Clean the frame by wiping with a damp cloth.• Do not use abrasives, bleach or strong detergents.• Spot clean fabrics with warm water and mild soap.• Ensure fabric is dry before storing.• Occasionally clean and lubricate wheels and axles with a light lubricating oil.• Regularly check for loose parts and tighten when required.• Damaged or broken parts should be immediately replaced.
