someone who is at the machine running copies.3. To set the printer to always print to a “Locked Print”, right click on the Photocopy Machine in

the Printer’s Folder. (You can find printers in your Start Menu or in Control Panel)

5. Now choose the Job Type, Locked Print from the drop down menu.

6. After “Locked Print” is chosen, click on details. Enter your first initial and last name. This will label your jobs in the photocopy machine. You can use any 4-digit password, but all usernames are set to 1234.

your “Locked Print”.

8. To retrieve your documents from the photocopy machine, press the Printer button on the photocopy screen.

9. This will pull up all the Locked Print jobs on the machine. Important: Jobs will stay in memory unless the photocopy machine is turned off. If the school looses power or the machine needs repair, your jobs will be lost. Otherwise jobs will stay in memory for as long as you keep them there.

12. After you have selected you name, Press Print on the right side.
