1. Gather, manage and document user requirements, transforming the details into functional and technicalrequirements.2. Review Business Requirements documents and identify gaps to improve on user experience.3. Analyze requirement, provide solution and functional advise to business users especially in improving theoverall end to end business process flow.4. Perform actual system configuration on functional or technical specification for system development. 5. Resolve issue related to area of support. 6. Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings with internal customers, partners and regulators.7. To involve in project implementation life cycle and enhancement improvement (Change Management).8. Training, mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members.
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology orequivalent.2. Knowledge of system development life cycle, preferably SAP ECC6 Functionality.3. 3 to 4 years experiences of SAP Materials Management (MM) and/or SAP IS Retail skills.4. Possess working experience preferably in Retail industry. 1. Good functional, analytical and problem solving skills.2. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.3. Independent, optimistic and self-motivated.4. Pleasant personality and able to guide and mentor team members.5. More than 3 years of working experience for the position of Business Analyst / functional analyst /technical SME.
