• Digital transformation: as digital transformation is accelerating, more and more users are interacting directly with enterprise systems, with increasing expectations regarding consumer-grade user experience and smart consumption across devices.

• Complexity and TCO: Customer’s SAP system landscape is usually complex, heterogeneous and based on various release versions that come with old UI technologies.

• Efficiency: Productivity of the users is limited due to the complexity of processes and old-fashioned user interfaces (e.g. no access to business apps from mobile devices).
