Before accessing the webcams you need to activate your ActiveX controls.

Please click on the Tools button on your Internet Explorer. Go to Internet options and then click on Security button and chose the trusted sites, go to Custom level. Click on custom level and Enable or Prompt all ActiveX Control Settings.

Sign in with the user name and password assigned to you for your pet’s visit. Once you are in you will see an image as below. There are many cameras listed, however you will only have viewing for the one that your pet is staying in.
