The 7th Grade Service Learning Fair showcased students’ ideas on how Salem Academy can “Go
Green!” Presentations included tips on how to conserve water, recycle paper, recycle waste water
and the benefits of walking or biking.

The 6th grade students hosted an Around the World Multicultural Celebration. The students
presented information on different countries, including maps, information on capital cities,
demographics, languages and fun facts. The event also included a pot luck lunch featuring each
countries local cuisine.
Summer School registration is open! It
is recommended that you register by
June 27, registration closes on July 7!

Salem is host to the
Summer Food Service
Program, serving free
meals to kids and teens
during the summer. The
program is designed to
replace the nutrition that
would normally come
from school meals.
