Streamlined Application Process
Our flexible system allows your submitters/applicants to enter data quickly and efficiently ensuring all information is complete and formatted accordingly to comply with internal and other Accreditation standards. The application process can also:• Host an online application for members of your organization or staff to complete applications for accredited
meetings. These can be live activities, enduring materials, regularly scheduled series meetings and more.• Collect applications for your CE/CME activities online and automatically schedule a new event once the
application has been reviewed and approved by an administrator. No more duplicative data entry!• Receive speaker disclosures and conflicts of interest, identify topics, upload supporting documents, and
collect learning objectives, practice gaps, descriptions, and commercial support through a secure online application process.
• Create an online review group to collect feedback on applications, see assigned applications for them to review, create and complete scorecards and evaluations, and have them approved by the administrator(s).
CME Management
Simplify the credit claiming process to easily generate, track, and deliver credit hours for live activities and RSS meetings.

Speaker Management
HighMarksCE’s system gives you and your speakers, a real-time look at all of your speaker’s schedules, submitted bios, photos, forms, and presentations. You can assign one username and password for each speaker no matter how many roles they are playing. You can also:• Use system generated forms (i.e. faculty disclosure forms, conflict of interest forms) in the
speaker ready room to collect information from each assigned role since different rules usually apply to each role.
• Collect any other speaker information (i.e. enduring materials, cv, or bio) • Assign speakers multiple roles (i.e. presenter, speaker, moderator, chair, etc.)• Run reports for any incomplete forms
