SABIT BITUMEN 75/30 Introduction: SABIT BITUMEN 75/30 is an oxidized Asphalt produced by oxidizing a selected petroleum asphalts without adding catalyst. SABIT BITUMEN 75/30 has high softening point, high flash point and it is highly stable during melting Uses Used in Built-Up Roof construction as a bonding coat, installation of bituminous vapor retarder systems, for cementing insulation boards used in various types of roof systems and a flood coat as the last layer on top of BUR. Application: By mopping or by the pour and roll method. Should be heated to a temperature between 180 to 200 . Coverage: Bonding coats: approximate 1.5kg/m Flood coats : approximate 3.0kg/m Health & Safety: Workers should wear protective masks, gloves, and goggles during application. The asphalt can be removed from equipment and tools with kerosene or gasoline. Care should be taken when heating SABIT BITUMEN 75/30 to avoid over heating. Packing & Storage: SABIT BITUMEN 75/30 can be supplied in cans and drums. Should be stored in vertical position, and preferred under shaded area. Introduction:

SABIT BITUMEN 75/30 is an oxidized Asphalt produced by oxidizing a selected petroleum asphalts without adding catalyst. SABIT BITUMEN 75/30 has high softening point, high flash point and it is highly stable during melting

Uses

Used in Built-Up Roof construction as a bonding coat, installation of bituminous vapor retarder systems, for cementing insulation boards used in various types of roof systems and a flood coat as the last layer on top of BUR.

Application:

By mopping or by the pour and roll method. Should be heated to a temperature between 180 to 200 .

Coverage:

Bonding coats: approximate 1.5kg/m Flood coats : approximate 3.0kg/m
