Saatchi & Saatchi is a global creative communications company headquartered in New York, with 140 offices in 76 countries. Saatchi & Saatchi is part of the Publicis Groupe, the world’s third largest communications group. Their Australian branch is located in a heritage building of the Rocks area in Sydney.

Pro AV Solutions (NSW) won a competitive tender issued by consultants WSP Lincolne Scott for the fit-out of the Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney office with audio visual services to their boardroom, multiple meeting rooms, reception, lunch room, office, edit suites, and mezzanine areas.

A unique challenge was faced by Pro AV Solutions (NSW) in ensuring that no fixing or alteration of building surfaces was made to the heritage-classified building.

AMX touch panels were used throughout to provide intuitive user interfaces for the variable control of lighting and speaker volumes, as well as the selection and assignment of various inputs from laptop/PC (VGA/HDMI/DVI), Bluray player (HDMI), wireless presentation devices and Foxtel to outputs such as projector (w/motorised ceiling screen), LCD or audio via HDMI matrix switchers. Control was also provided for a ceiling-mounted PTZ camera to record to HDD/DVD-R with live/recording preview to projector or LCD.
