    Place cam locks in all holes of matching size. Screw studs and gently knock dowels into pre-drilled holes inside panels. The unit must be assembled on a firm smooth surfaceas to avoid damaging the panels. Dowels may also puncturethe back of the panel if there is no resistance on a soft surface.

    Join mid-horizontal shelf and bottom panel to vertical

    partition then fasten cam locks.

    Screw support rails into top, mid horizontal shelf andcupboard bottom.

    Mark lines along the base 50mm from the front and back of theunit. Line up the base section of the foot with this line and screwin, ensuring the flange goes over the join with the side panelfor added stability. Note that the placement of the baseoverlapping the side panel does not apply for an exposed side,as it will interfere with the skirting board.

    Insert the rest of the leg into the base section. This will be done as the unit is manuevredinto position. Care must be taken to use only the front or back leading edge not the sideedges when raising the unit into position, or it may be damaged.

    Adjust the other ends of all 6 ofthe legs until the unit sits leveland stable on the ground

    Apply shelf studs to inner right sides and inner left side ofpartition, and insert shelves. Unit is complete.

    Each leg has a plate on it with a semi-circular clipattached which clips on to the shaft of the leg.Screw the plates onto the corresponding positions onthe skirting first and then clip the entire skirting ontothe legs.

    7.

    Always use a spirit level to ensure cupboard is level when fixing it tothe wall. If unit is not level the installation will not be successful. Placethe cupboard in its final position and drill 5 holes for wall plugs 2go through the top rail into the wall, 2 in the bottom rail and the lastone centered in the middle rail. Insert the wall plug into the holes,

    and hammer into place.

    Use a silicone based sealantto seal any gaps and givethe unit a professionallyfitted look.

    Attach the two hanging rail flanges to the inner left side of thecupboard, and the inner right of the partition as shown, takingcare to centre them between the front and back of the cupboard.Lower the hanging rail into the hanging rail flanges.
