CONNECTIONS ARE MADE BY:

INSTALLATION OF THE SHAFTSWhen the installation is taken into account the requirements and assumptions of the project documents, the recommendations of the manufacturer shafts and installations instructions from the SIST ENV 1046. Bright yet of final reinforced concrete slabs with a width of 200 mm, through which the static and dynamic loads transmitted to the hardened cover dam arround shaft should be at least 10 mm greater than the outer diameter of the shaft. The distance between the shaft and the final concrete plate must be at least 50 mm.

a) Cut prepared at the desired dimensions bits,b) remove the 15 mm edge at an angle of 30 degrees, c) lubricate the edge of the steep mount, d) grease seal and inner tube part sleeves.

For corrugated pipes DN/ID the shafts are made with clamb ID, which is on the shaft and then we connect it with no problems to corrugated tube DN/ID.

For corrugated pipes DN/OD the shafts are made with clamb OD, which is on the shaft and then we connect it with no problems to corrugated tube DN/OD.

FITTING AND LAYING CABLE SHAFTS

ÜDig the hole at least 50 cm greater than the shaft is.

ÜAdjust the bottom of the cave with a small fraction.

ÜFit the shaft and bury the bottom edge with earth.

ÜIn the lower round part of the shaft we drull holes.

ÜInsert sealing rings for pipes and cabels.

ÜWe make straight cuts on laid pipes and pull them through the ring.

ÜTo link the concrete base and an auxiliary shaft use double-layer plastic hose.

ÜWe bury shaft mon layers with reinforcement.

ÜInstalled on the auxiliary shaft packaged plastic lid with concrete.

ÜIn case of mounting the shaft in the pavementm the shaft is inserted in the throat concrete framework on which to place the LTŽ lid framework.

ÜSecurity shaft is used for storage and mechanical protection of optical cable.

ÜThe advantage of the shaft is easy to install, robust and guaranteed seal against water seepage.
