Innovation & Flexibility Pilot Program FAQ Blood Drive Sept 9th

Register with Pat Dillon for a time to give blood on Sep 9th from 12 - 4 pm at Title-Max Sunset Hills, 10415 Watson Rd., 63127. Its free along with food, and provides the club publicity in an ad listing partici-pation in local papers, not to mention a little friendly com-petition with the Crestwood Club. See Club Events to reg-ister with Pat by email.

What are some examples of changes clubs are considering, attendance? Clubs are permitted to establish different attendance requirements.

Membership types? Clubs are permitted to establish: Corporate Partnership or other types of sponsored membership programs, Associate Member-type member-ships where the person is essentially having a trial-run of RI membership, and the per-son does not have full RI benefits rights and does not pay RI annual dues, and other membership types that are not listed above. Please note that any official, active mem-bers (members with full RI member benefits) require, at a minimum, the full RI annual dues. For example, if a Corporate Partner sponsored four designees, 4x RI annual dues would be required.

Club leadership changes? Clubs are permitted to make changes in club leadership structure. One pilot club is introducing a “shared presidency” where two club mem-bers will share the responsibilities of club president.

Flexible meetings? Clubs can modify their meeting schedule, some clubs may de-cide to have a meeting hiatus during the most popular holiday/vacation time, three meetings instead of four during a month, or alternate or rotate their meeting loca-tions. See the club website story for more FAQs.
