root canal treatment in third molar

A 73 year old female patient present at our office with pain related to lower right posterior region. RVG revealed carious right mandibular third molar involving pulp. Opposing third molar was in occlusion , so patient had given a choice of either to save or to extract the tooth.
Patient choose to save tooth. MOD cavity present extending up to central
fosse. Straight line access established.MB & ML canal had severely curved patency. Cleaning & shaping completed with S1, S2 & F1
sequence.Every preparation step were followed with warm
Naocl irrigationFinal irrigation followed up with EDTA
Treatment planned in two sitting so after 1st stage calcium hydroxide used as interim intra-canal medicamentFinal sealing of canal done with AH plus and 6 % GP points.
