STONE FRUIT SLAB PIE WITH CRUMB TOPPINGBonus: Kids love helping with the crust and crumb topping.

CRUST: Put dry ingredients in food processor. Add butter and pulse 8-10 times. In a small bowl, combine egg yolks and ¼ cup ice water. Pour mixture into food processor while running until dough just holds together. Form dough into a solid disk and wrap in plastic. Chill at least one hour.

FILLING: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

TOPPING: Put dry ingredients into food processor. Pulse to combine. Add butter and pulse until ingredients resemble a coarse meal.

ASSEMBLY: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Using a rimmed baking sheet, use your hands to pat the crust close to the edges. Layer on filling in an even layer. Add crumb topping. Bake about 40 minutes until filling is bubbly and top is golden brown. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
