Motorization Pocket Hem Bar

• RF motor (12v)• Motorized shades are programmed to

the remote control before the order leaves the factory. There is no need to program again upon installation.

Fabric Railroading and Seaming

Fabrics can be turned 90 degree clockwise (width for height) to accommodate wider windows. In

addition, certain fabrics can be seamed for longer lengths. Railroaded fabrics may curl along the

edge. This is considered normal and is not a product defect.

Notes:

1. Railroading and seaming may be required a few inches smaller than the fabric width and

height due to factors, such as standard fabric deductions, allowances for fabric to be attached

to the roller tube, etc.

2. For fabrics with distinct patterns, if certain shades require railroading, it is optional to railroad

shades of the same order for a consistent look. Fabric with distinct patterns are as follows.

General information about fabrics:

1. Due to variations in fabrics and dye lots, colors or sheens may vary slightly. It is recommended that all shades for the same room be ordered at the same time to help ensure color consistency.

2. As the material is exposed to the elements, the color of natural materials, such as jute or reed, will change slightly. Depending on the material composition, they may lighten or darken due to direct or indirect sunlight overtime. The change in color is more pronounced in natural materials without any color treatment. Color consistency over a period of time among different shades cannot be guaranteed as these natural materials age differently.

3. Natural shades may have variations and visual inconsistencies in color, grain and texture. They may also slightly crack or split, twist or bow, shrink or stretch, and change color over time due to aging, direct or indirect sunlight, or other climate related conditions. These unique characteristics are inherent in natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

4. During shipping, natural materials may have shifted slightly causing uneven edges. This is considered normal due to its unique woven construction.

Once railroaded, fabrics may need to be seamed to accommodate longer lengths. Seams will

be placed as close to the tube as possible. The exact seam location will be determined based on

Legacy’s specifications. Seams are visible when the shade is fully extended.

Option 1 - Dusting with a feather duster or soft cloth lightly on the surface. Do not use abrasive materials. Option 2 - Vacuuming with a soft brush attachment lightly on the surface. Do not use strong suction or an abrasive brush. Option 3 - Use a damp cloth/sponge with lukewarm water for spot cleaning on the surface. Do not use a cleanser or an abrasive brush.

Always use a tape measure for all measurements and measure to 1/8”

1) Measure diagonally from corner to corner in both directions.

2) If the difference between the two measurements is greater than 1/4”, we recommend an outside mounting

Outside Mount

1) Measure the exact width the shade will cover. This

should include the window frame and overlap (minimum recommended overlap is 1.5” - 2” per side).

2) Measure the exact height the shade will cover. This should include the window frame and overlap (minimum recommended overlap is 1.5” - 2” per side).

Inside Mount

1) Measure the exact width inside the window opening in 3 places. Use the narrowest dimension. The factory will take a deduction of 3/8” for operating clearance.

2) Measure the exact height inside the window opening in 2 places. Use the dimension.

3) Measure the sill depth of the window opening to determine the mounting requirement. See product configuration on page 4.

Warranty

Legacy Window Coverings shades are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the shade(s), provided that such products were properly installed. Any resale or other transfer of the product and/or materials voids this warranty.

Colorfastness is warranted on all textile products for three years.

Repair or remake of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty and in noevent shall Legacy Window Coverings or its licensed distributors or dealers be liable for costs to remove and/or reinstall the product. Repairs will be made with only like or similar parts. This warranty does not include shipping charges, costs of labor for measuring, installation, or trip charges. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the product, etc.

Please Note:This warranty does not cover any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, fading, failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. All other warranties, both expressed and implied, are explicitly disclaimed.
