    Operation instructions for roller conveyor and conveying

    machine line

    .Summarize This roller conveyor and conveying machine line is specially used for transporting work-piece

    to different processing positions. Its working principle is: the roller conveyor stand to constitute a

    transporting line, and beside the line there are 8 processing positions. There are also 8 groups of

    conveying machines which can move work-piece from transporting line to each processing

    position, and the conveying machine moves perpendicularly to the transporting line.

    III. Machine assembly The roller conveyor and conveying machine line is mainly composed by )* pcs of driving roller

    conveyors, 8 groups 2$/ pcs3 of conveying machines, ! sets of hydraulic stations , $ pcs of electric

    control bo and 8 pcs of control panels.

    4ach driving roller conveyor is made up of roller conveyor frame, roller, bearing block, chain

    and wheel, motor and reduction gears.

    4ach conveying machine is mainly consisted by elevating table, elevating frame, elevating oil

    cylinder, moving wheels, wheel ale, bearing block, chainand wheel,motor and reduction gears.

    The two hydraulic stations each controls * groups 28 pcs3 of conveying machines elevating

    movement. * groups 28 pcs3 of conveying machines can move separately

    The electric control bo controls )* pcs of roller conveyors motors, $/ pcs of conveying

    machines moving motors, ! sets of hydraulic stations motors and magnetic valves.

    8 operation panels are installed in 8 processing positions, which makes operating more

    conveniently. 4ach operation panel controls the roller conveyor and conveying machines on its

    own processing position.

    IV. Operation procedure )* pcs of roller conveyors, 8 pcs of conveying machine and ! sets of hydraulic stations are

    controlled by one set of electric control system. The roller conveyor part is operated by 56. 7nd

    each roller conveyor motor has over-current protection. 8 pcs of conveying machines arecontrolled by ! sets of hydraulic stations, each station controls * pcs conveying machines

    elevating movement. onveying machines movement is controlled by moving motor, and each

    moving motor has over-current protection. 7ll the control components are installed in one electric

    control bo. n its door there are ! sets of hydraulic stations 9tart&top9 buttons, and whole

    roller conveyors 9tart&top9 buttons will be useless. There are also power indication light and

    urgent stop button on the door. If any emergency occurs, ;ust press this button, the whole rollerconveyor line will stop running. 8 processing positions have 8 operation panels, which can control

    conveying machines elevating, moving, and its own processing areas roller conveyor forward and

    back.

    Attention: Do not elevate conveying machine up while the roller

    conveyor is transporting work-piece, otherwise, they will crash.Conveying machine can only be operated when its own processing

    area's roller conveyor is stop, and make sure there are no work-piece

    coming frompreviousprocessing area.

    V. Maintenance$. #eduction gears should change oil regularly, normal oil changing period is ) to ' months.

    !. The lubricating grease inside bearing block had better be cleaned and changed every half year.

    ). If the chain gets corrosion, daub lubricating oil in time.

    *.Inspect if hydraulic stations, oil pipes, or oil cylinders has oil leakage usually. 7nd check if there

    is enough working pressure for running. If any problem, ;ust repair and ad;ust it in time.
