• Will pass up to a 42” WF beam
• Roller conveyor capacity is 500 lb/ft with rolls on 18” centers
• Solid manganese rolls in blast compartment
• Pangborns state of the art “BE” air wash separator system featuring a 12” air wash drop zone and adjustable skimmer plates for optimum separation efficiency
• Floor mounted “BE” air wash separator for ease of observation and maintenance
• The blast compartment cabinet is fabricated from 3/16” plate, lined with 1/4” welded-in manganese and 1/2” P-41 cast wear resist and 1/2” manganese bolted in-line with the wheels streams
• The blast compartment floor consists of manganese plating
• Six sets of seals - three in the entrance and three in the exit vestibules. The seals next to the blast compartment are polyurethane and the others Lexan®
• Four 25 HP, 150DD-2.5G1 Genesis® Rotoblast® wheels
• 50” pass line with pitless design
• Hinged access door with safety switch
• Five cubic foot abrasive replenisher
• Zero speed switches on the elevators and screw conveyors
• High and low abrasive level indicators are mounted on the storage bin
• Ten adjustable compressed air blow-off nozzles
