Developing strategic alliances and the establishment of new industry initiatives for the benefit of the industry or aligned participants.

General Manager – Body Corporate operations

As a consequence of the departure of the firm’s founder in October 2014 and subsequent passing in February 2015, the following responsibilities have been attended to as the firm’s Senior Body Corporate Manager appointed as the General Manager for the Body Corporate Management operations of the firm;

• Manage a portfolio of properties comprising nominally 1500 lots in consultation with support staff and the Committee for each building.

• Take minutes of meetings and amend draft minutes.

• Advise and provide guidance to Committees in respect of legislative obligations (compliance) and limitations (scope of authority).
