TRANSFORM YOURSELFPersonal TrainingExperience one-on-one training, personalized to help you meet your goals. Your trainer will create a plan designed especially for your fitness level. Personal training starts at $20 per hour session and $40 per 1 hour session. Personal training purchased 10 sessions at a time will receive 2 free sessions for each 10 sessions purchased.

I started working with Landon in October 2009. Our workouts are still just as intense as they were when I first started. Hes helped me achieve numerous goals. Jaki Scholfield Landon pushes me farther than I could ever push myself. Im in better shape at 35 than I was as a college athlete. Thats thanks to a trainer who fits more in an hour session than I could get done in two hours on my own. Amanda Dickson

Partner TrainingLooking for an opportunity to spend time with your spouse, best friend, brother or sister? Consider partner training. You and a partner can motivate each other to get fit together. Partner training starts at $11.25 per person per hour session and $22.50 per person per 1 hour session. Personal training purchased 10 sessions at a time will receive 2 free sessions for each 10 sessions purchased.

Ryan does a great job of changing things up. It keeps the workouts interesting and has helped me get into shape more quickly than I would have been able to do on my own Charles Link

Boot CampBoot camp training is high intensity military style training for groups of 5 or more. Expect bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, suspension training and burpees along with running and competitive games. Boot camp is priced at $7.50 per person per session for 1 session per week or $6.50 per person per session for 2 sessions per week. Boot camp must be purchased monthly

I needed a kick start to get back into shape after recovering from a broken wrist. Landon and Ryan were tough, motivated me and didnt let me make excuses, which got me into shape again quickly. I really needed and appreciated the toughness of the workouts. Deborah Schulte

Small Group TrainingSmall group training is typically a group of 3-5 people focused on achieving their fitness goals together. Small group training focuses on the full body using both weights and cardio for the best workout possible. This type of training is offered 1 3 sessions per week, ranging in price from $11.25 - $10.83, depending on the number of sessions. Small group training must be purchased monthly

Speed/Agility CampSpeed/agility camp uses plyometrics and explosive movements to enhance athletic ability. Anyone involved in organized sports will benefit from this camp. Camp attendees have the option of attending 1 3 times per week for the 6 week session. Camp is priced by the number of times attended each week, beginning at $10 for 1x per week. Speed/Agility camp must be purchased as a 6 week session

Ive been working out for 15 years and always found that using a trainer increases the intensity of my workouts by 30-40%. Landon is one of the best. He challenges you to go where you didnt think your body could take you. If youre serious about getting in the best shape of your life, I highly recommend his program.
