Currently, I am a board-certified orthopedic hand surgeon working in the Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Excellence at Ortho Montana, PSC, in Billings, Montana; and am completing a Masters in Health Administration within the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

After many years in clinical practice and multiple physician leadership positions within my group and partner hospital, I have a desire to leverage this experience and acquired management skills to affect change on a more macro level. Specifically, pursuing opportunities within larger integrated health systems with a core mission and vision to improve care quality and the patient experience while simultaneously decreasing costs greatly interests me. Others have said that my unique insights as a physician leader and practitioner as well as my passion to engage providers around these triple aim principles uniquely qualifies me to assist organizations as they transition to value-based care models.
