Riviera’s stellar performance brings in $15 million in sales at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show. Riviera sold 10 new boats including three new 53 Enclosed Flybridges, two 43 Open flybridges, one 56 Enclosed Flybridge, one 5800 Sport Yacht and three 5000 Sport yachts bound for interstate and international destinations.

Riviera had all the right ingredients to star in Channel 10’s hit television show Masterchef in July, when the 4400 Sport Yacht escorted the finalist chefs to the famous Berowra Waters Inn restaurant in northern Sydney for Episode 53 in Australia’s highest rating television show.

JulyAustralia - 4400 Series II Sport Yacht is launched

Riviera’s new 4400 Series II Sport Yacht makes her world debut at the Sydney International Boat Show.

The latest model from Riviera features the option of Zeus pod drives and twin 480 horsepower Cummins

engines, additional cockpit seating, a new extended hardtop, and it is the first in the Sport Yacht range to

introduce extremely large hull windows, similar to those in Riviera’s new flybridge models.

July Riviera continues to defy the market with AUS$14.7 million in retail sales over the five days of the Sydney International Boat Show and entertained clients with a VIP function at Riviera’s floating display to celebrate the opening of the show.

First Riviera 70 Enclosed Flybridge was exported to Spain and displayed at the 50th Barcelona Boat Show in November. This is hull number six and since the 70’s launch in August 2008, two of these flagship models have been sold and launched each year, a significant achievement for Australia’s favourite boat builder.

Riviera’s next top model has the X-Factor – Riviera’s top selling 4400 Sport Yacht starred in season 7 of Australia’s Next Top Model. Meanwhile the M470 showed Australia she has the X-Factor as she cruised past the Sydney Opera House with judge Natalie Bassingthwaighte (main image) from channel 7’s hit TV series in Australia.

September Riviera displayed nine boats at the Auckland International Boat Show ranging in size from 43-58 feet. The annual show was held at Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour, home to the 2000 and 2003 America’s Cup, where boating enthusiasts saw first-hand what Riviera has to offer the discerning buyer.

An A+ effort for staff at Riviera who were awarded the Red Cross Blood Service’s Bloodislow Cup for the 5th consecutive year. It was a close competition this year with Riviera narrowly winning the corporate challenge by one per cent percent. Riviera collected 211 donations throughout the last financial year, helping to save 633 lives.

NovemberAustralia - 75 Flybridge the largest Riviera ever produced

Riviera 75 Enclosed Flybridge hull is lifted out of the mold using a 30 tonne and 50 tonne crane. The new 75 will feature a larger cockpit and flybridge than the 70 Enclosed Flybridge, making it Riviera’s new flagship model and the largest semi-production flybridge boat built in Australia.
