The warranty period extended by Ritchiebros Limited is carried

forward to the clients from the manufacturers which normally

are as follows:

� Hardware equipment – 12 months warranty

� Branded computers and servers – one-year warranty for

accessories and two- year warranty for the system.

� Software – 12 months warranty

� Networking products used on an implementation site

(UTP, FTP or fibre) – 15 years warranty.

Ritchiebros Limited makes sure that they extend after sales support services to

their customers which include the following:

• Equipment at supplier’s workshop

The equipment at the workshop is sophisticated enough to carry out any

repairs required on the equipment that will be supplied Ritchiebros Limited.

The equipment at the workshop consist of cable testers, power testers,

equipment for the tenability of back to back tests of communication

equipment and repair equipment for hardware equipment like computers and

servers.

• Spares Availability (Stock worth for spares)

Several spares are available to the client so as to facilitate the ease of

replacement of faulty parts, which are under repair or warranty so that the

client is not left without a solution during this down time period.

Customers can also have ready spares for faulty parts within their products

that have been purchased from us reducing the down time period of a product.
