witness load testing. Report ( Data SILO Required next slide). Submit document to migas. (Company provide

Visual Inspection :This involves all the equipments such us mast and substructure, draw work & wire rope, BOP system, mud system, engine and generator, safety equipments, hoisting tools, fuel tank and others.

Non Destructive Testing (NDT) : Review NDT report, performed on mast, substructure, drawwork, BOP system, stand pipe, hoisting tools, crown block, traveling block etc.

Performance Test :After finish inspection, rig shall be given an operational or performance test to ensure that rig are fit for operations. This test shall be witness by MIGAS.

Load Test :The purpose of load test to verify that structure and other components are fit for operations. Also to measure the strain on structure being loaded using the strain gauge. Load test shall be performed on new rig / record of load test from manufacturer is not available or after the mayor repair. This test will be witness by MIGAS
