Provide safety oversight of General contractor. Ensure new hire orientation program evolves with the progress of the project. Maintain safety presence on project for Owner. Liaison to local fire and police services to develop, plan, and conduct emergency drills on site. Interact with project insurance carrier and broker to ensure requirements are being met. Follow up to any OCIP worker compensation claims. Report safety conditions to Owner weekly and as required. Provide oversight field inspections and follow up on required corrections.
