Established keys verticals by analyzing client revenue, client industry, new business opportunities dependent upon geographical prospect density, internal areas of expertise, and extensive market research. Designed customer-focused questionnaire and conducted client interviews to aid in the creation of the annual marketing strategy and tactics. Client feedback generated a better understanding of the customer’s needs, pain points, preferred method of communication, perception of the company’s personality (brand), and opportunities to modify or create internal processes that would improve the customer’s experience.
