RFEA Business - 1•Founded 1885•Charity and private company limited by guarantee•36 staff across 26 offices, including one in Germany•10-person Board of Directors•Job-finding service predominantly to non-commissioned personnel •25% funds from Service Charities – used for ex-Service people•75% funds from MoD until 1998 – used for Service Leavers•Through-life, seamless job-finding service

•Operating costs approx £1.3 Million•Approx 10,000 Service leavers and ex-Service people helped into work in 2007/8•Seamless delivery to all ranks from all 3 Services in full cooperation and conjunction with OA (and OA Scotland) within Joint Employment Partnership (JEP)
•Sub-contractor within MoD Career Transition Partnership since 1998 – replaced MoD funding Enables achievement of charitable aims

Provision of a no-cost recruitment service to employers
Services of a personal Employment Consultant
World wide vacancies via the RightJob website,Local jobs, contact with training providers, etc.
Area knowledge/networks and contacts for specialist advice on housing, education & welfare matters

•Within CTP (up to two years beyond discharge) – all personnel eligible for resettlement services
•Beyond 2 year point – all ex-sailors, soldiers and airmen who have served in the Regular Armed Forces
•All Early Service Leavers and Reservists who have completed at least one operational tour as a Regular
