PERSONALIZED LABELS COLLECTION

ORDER GUIDELINES

ORDER SUBMISSION: All orders should be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] or via fax at 1-800-592-5618. Please use the provided order form to specify all the details of the order.

PROOFS & PROCESSING TIME: Once we receive the order details from the customer, we will produce a free digital proof within 1-2 business days. Additional proofs (due to customer changes) are $5 each. Customer must carefully review the proof to make sure that all information is accurate and names are spelled correctly. All proofs must be approved in writing. By signing the proof approval page, customer accepts all responsibility for the information on the card, with no exceptions. Once approved, items will be sent to production. Most orders will be ready for shipment in approxi-mately 4-5 business days.

SHIPPING: We ship our orders via USPS, Fedex or UPS. You may select the type of shipping you want (Priority, Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day) in the order form. We will notify the customer when the order has shipped and provide the tracking information via e-mail. Please note that Spark & Spark is not responsible for delays pertaining to 3rd party delivery services.

STOCK & SIZE: All labels are printed on high glossy sticker paper. The size of the round labels is 2 inches in diameter.

INK COLOR: Inks will be printed as shown on the sample image.

CUSTOM DESIGNS AND MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING DESIGNS: You may choose to slightly change or modify an specific item’s design or color palette from our collection, which is subject to Spark & Spark’s approval. A fee of $25 will be added to the total order. However, depending upon the complexity of the request, Spark & Spark reserves the right to quote a higher price. Spark & Spark reserves the right to reject any custom design suggestion if it compromises the look of our line.

RUSH ORDERS: Should you need your order before the normal turnaround (4-5 business days plus shipping time), your order can be rushed for an additional fee of 25% of the order. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (MON-FRI) after we receive the digital proof’s approval by 12:00PM EST. All orders approved after 12:00PM EST will follow the next day’s schedule, (e.g. an order approved by noon EST on Monday will ship out by Wednesday of that week). Please let us know beforehand to make sure we can accommodate your rush order.

PAYMENT: A current credit card on file will be required for wholesale orders.

CUSTOMER’S ERRORS & RETURN POLICY: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typographical errors). If there is a customer input error and it is overseen when reviewing and approving the digital proof, the customer accepts all responsibility and a refund or store credit cannot be given. In this case, we can reprint the order with a 10% discount and will be shipped as soon as possible.

SPARK & SPARK ERRORS: We want you to be happy with your order and we stand behind the quality of all of our products. If Spark & Spark is responsible for an error, we will remedy the situation as soon as possible. If something is wrong or you are not happy with the order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order. If any items are received damaged, defective, or with missing parts, or the wrong merchandise item was shipped, you must contact us immediately. We will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. Spark & Spark will promptly send replacements or issue a credit towards future purchase as soon as we receive the shipment (no refunds allowed). We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not meet these conditions. We regret that we will not be able to accept damaged, or wrong item claims after 5 days (including Saturdays) from the delivery date.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you cancel your order before a digital proof is produced, we will not charge any fee to do so. Cancelling an order once a proof is produced, but prior to customer approval, will result in a $30 processing fee per order. If you cancel the order after the proof is approved, we will charge 100% of the order.
