BALANCED EXERCISE

The four devastating physiological INTRA TENSIONSROBS

YOUR ENERGYRESPONSECLEAR THINKINGMOTIVATION

Page 13: Rethinking body & mind

BALANCED EXERCISE

VISCERAL INTRA-TENSION • We think and feel not with your brain alone, our

involuntary muscles, the viscera (particularly with those of stomach, intestine, liver, lungs and heart) take part.

• Simultaneously, We also think with the internal secretions of endocrine glands, which flood our blood and whose chemistry directly affect the reactions of our brain.

Page 14: Rethinking body & mind

BALANCED EXERCISE

NERVE-SPACE INTRA TENSION• The stress and obstacles to which we are

constantly being subjected dispatch repeated command to our muscles

• When these command are not strong enough to reach the tissues, they are deposited in the spaces between the nerves as packets of energy

• These excess energy makes you irritable, restless reactive and loss of control

Page 15: Rethinking body & mind

BALANCED EXERCISE

YOUR MUSCLE INTRA TENSION• Your muscle fiber is never completely at

rest. When some packets of excess, bottled up nerve energy flash into it, but are not strong enough to contract nonetheless, leaving the muscle partially contracted.

• In such state, it is difficult to completely relax, rest or concentrate sanely

Page 16: Rethinking body & mind

BALANCED EXERCISEYOUR GLAND INTRA TENSION• Your endocrine glands contain vast number of minute

sac-like structures. These store up the gland secretion, which is squirted into our blood stream when called for. But our daily life brings endless stresses and obstacles which you suppress because we can’t afford to react to them in a primitive fashion. As a result, at times of stress your endocrine glands spasmodically add a little more secretion to their acini than necessary to supply your normal needs. This stretches the walls of these microscopic sacs and creates gland intra-tension.
