A direct search is our principal characteristic when seeking

the appropriate candidate.

Retail Search will conduct a preliminary market study

within major companies that can be considered possible

targets for the search. Subsequently, we will establish

confidential contacts with those candidates we believe

to be potentially qualified for the position relevant to the

search. During the interviews, we will closely examine a

candidate’s professional experience and professional

references. Consequently, then on the basis of the search

result we select a restricted number of candidates to be

placement tests and psychological exams with evaluations
