INTRODUCTION TO MALL IN OVERALL• High Street Phoenix, formerly known as Phoenix Mills, is one of the largest

shopping malls in India, situated in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Its gross floor area is 3,300,000 square feet (310,000 m2). In addition to the mall, the compound hosts a five-star hotel, a multiplex, commercial space and a residential tower.

• The mall consists of the Palladium, Sky Zone and Grand Galleria. South Asia’s largest 20 lane bowling concourse, was first started here in 1996. India’s first Hyper market concept Big Bazaar was introduced in 2001 at High Street Phoenix.

Purpose and Achievement Of VisitOur Retail Marketing, Mall Visit project group members visited to this mall, so many

brand outlets and got various information. We are going to present some of them as mentioned in this project:-

Big Bazar:- Big Bazar, one of the Biggest Hypermarket in India, was there in the Mall in very large area situated in the centre of the Mall, in 2 floors. We Found that the Big Bazar it prov-iding its service in very high modern way w-ith high technology and well trained manp-owers and good inventory available in Big Bazar. Big Bazar was stablished in this mallFrom 2007 onwards and operating its succ-Essfull service in this mall with thousands ofDaily customers visiting in Big Bazar, mostlyFamily customers visit to purchase their dailyNeeded goods and services in the mall, and Apart from that some customers come alone May be couple or friends for just visitingpurpose

Big Bazar is not only providing goods in the particular food, cloths or Daily home use but also all the goods from Kitchen Knife to Branded Clothings, Electronics, Furnitures, Cosmetics, Vegetables, Fruits, Health and Fashion Products etc. with the dedicated workers and high technology.

Pantaloon; at High Street Phoenix Mall

Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Limited is an Indian premium clothing retail chain. The first Pantaloons store was launched in Gariahat, Kolkata in 1997. As of November 2013, there are 76 Pantaloons stores in 44 cities. One of those is in High street Phoenix Mall, Lower Parel, which is providing complete clothing solutions with high modern amenities with Hundreds of customers in a single operating day in the mall, offering various discounts attracting its custmers.

Hamleys; at High Street Phoenix

Hamleys is one of the worlds largest toy shops. It stocks toys and gifts for children of all ages. Considered a haven for children, they boast of everything from soft toys to video games, with the Hundreds of customers visiting the outlet, pleasant environment with helpful and customer oriented employees with the complete enjoyful surrounding of mall and customer service, reachable on the first floor with the elevator, welcoming door attendee in the High Street Phoenix Mall, just next to the Bazar Entrance Gate.

McDonalds; at High Street Phoenix MallMcDonald's is the world's

largest chain of hamburger, fast food restaurants, serving around 68 million customers daily in 119 countries across 35,000 outlets. Headquartered in the United States, the company was founded in in 1940 as a barbecue restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald. A McDonald's restaurant is operated by either a franchisee, an affiliate, or the corporation itself.

McDonald’s in this mall located, just in front of Big Bazaar, where we went to Enjoyed its delicious Burger, Combo especially with receiving incomparable pleasant customer service, best ever environment with high technology,

Sony Centre, at High Street PhoenixSony Corporation, found on 7th May 1946, Having headquarter at 1-7-1 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0075, Japan, under president Kazuo Hirai, with producing LCD Televisions, Interchangeable single-lens cameras, compact digital cameras, video cameras, Home audio, Blu-ray Disc™ players and recorders, memory-based portable audio devices, Image sensors and other semiconductors, Batteries, recording media, data recording systems, Broadcast and professional-use equipment.In High street Phoenix Mall, Sony Centre has occupied Good area with high customer service, good amenities, Pleasant environment, high technology with the complete customer oriented service for all the Sony Electronic Products using customers. Hundreds of customers like to visit the sony centre of this mall daily.

CONCLUSIONAfter Visiting High Street Mall, Phoenix,

Lower Parel, Mumbai, we have investigated and observed that in the retail industry profit oriented organization can not survive longer, to earn more profit and brand value in the market, Business or Industry has to concentrate towards; firstly Quality product, Customer satisfaction, modern technology, pleasant environment for the visitors, varieties of product, make the customers feel of their complete return of the expenses while availing the goods and services of the particular brand.
